Cuenta

¿Cómo registro una cuenta?

Click on the Account button located at the top right of any page to "Log in" or "Create a New Account". Alternatively you may proceed to check-out where you will be prompted to use your account.

¿Olvidé mi contraseña de inicio de sesión?

In case you forgot your login information, please click on the "recovery password?" button on the log in page.

Pedidos

¿Cómo puedo consultar la información/estado de mi pedido?

You are able to check your order info/status through your own VELISENSE account or the order confirmation email. Please provide your correct email address when placing an order, otherwise you will not receive any reminder emails about your order.

¿Cómo cambio mi dirección de envío?

It happens during online shopping and no worries! When something wrong happens, we recommend you to contact Customer Support once you realize you need to change the shipping address. We will help you to change it if the package has not been shipped out.

¿Cómo cancelar mi pedido?

We will be sad to hear it but we recommend you to go to Return Center  to submit the request. If I get a gift, how can I exchange the item? We’d like to help you with it for sure! Please kindly send the gifter's full name or email address to contact@velisense.com for our further check the order information for you.

Pago

¿En qué moneda se realizan los pagos?

You can pay in your local currency. If you don't know how to convert store currency to your local currency, please contact us.

¿Qué métodos de pago aceptan?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DISCOVER), PayPal. Please note that consumers will have international transaction fee when making transactions with certain credit cards.

¿Puedo usar una tarjeta de regalo al momento de pagar?

Of course! We recommend you to choose your fav items first, then come to the checkout page, enter the gift card code. In case the gift card did not work, please kindly send the code and the screenshot to contact@velisense.com for further help.
